Under Jimut Mazumder’s stewardship, IPROM Group enjoys a position of leadership in all the sectors in which it operates. He is the Chief Architect for all our projects including VIAPROM, which has become new benchmarks for Customer Relationship Management & Loyalty Program. He has spearheaded many innovations in IT & ITES, Mobility, E-Commerce. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of IPROM Group. He has lead from the front and made brands like GETMYFOOD.COM, MOBIPROM and VIAPROM to reckon.

He is an accomplished executive with domestic & international experience in Operations, P&L oversight, multi channel product distribution and marketing involving both in start-up & growth operations. He is a results-oriented and a decisive leader with proven success in new market identification and strategic market positioning. Having a track record of increasing sales & growing bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Jimut has had corporate stints with GMAC- A GM company, Allianz Bajaj, Jaya TV, MMSCDPL- a premier media distribution company in South Asia, engaged in distribution of major TV Channels across all Media platforms and last stint being at MPOWER- a Class A Telecom VAS Service provide as Business Head from July 2008. Jimut is an MBA (PGDM) from Institute of Modern Management, Kolkata.

Chaithra KS is the Group Director of Operations & Human Resources Management Functions. She is responsible for drawing positive results from the resources and her core area of focus consist of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Leadership Development.Being part of Leadership team she had been bestowed with the responsibility of making IPROM Group a great place to work and she had undoubtedly made IPROM Group a world class equal opportunity player. She dons many hats and also oversees the Legal and Administration Functions at IPROM Group. She also leads the Corporate Communication, PR and CSR initiatives of the Company.

With a cumulative work experience of more than 16 years, Chaithra had worked in Human Resource Functions of various organisations in different executive category. She was previously associated with N. Ranga Rao & Sons- makers of Cycle Brand Agarbatti in Mysore, Stride Softwares - a Bangalore based IT & ITES recruitment Company and her last stint has been as Head- Human Resources in MGAIPL a telecom VAS Service provider based at Bangalore. Chaithra received her MBA degree in Human Resources from Mysore University and she is a Commerce graduate from Karnataka University, Dharwad.

Hegde as we call him has more than two decades of experience in Engineering and new product developments. He is responsible for the creation of all the engineering, products and platforms. Hegde directs the Group's technology vision and is responsible for aligning IPROM Group’s various IT businesses’ technical competence with the emerging trends and futuristic technologies relevant to our services and the industry. Hegde is also responsible for IPROM Group’s Global alliances and related eco-system which helped to further group's technology leadership.

Prior to IPROM Group, Hegde had various stints in developing software products/application on various domains like Banking & Finance (EVRY Projects), Logistic, Retail, Healthcare and Security. He has been responsible for driving technology group in Java/JEE area by providing technology roadmaps and doing research and development in emerging JAVA/JEE, Cloud and other technologies. He has driven technology focus for 200 + team members technology group. Has been focusing on IT security and advanced Authentication Solution, IoT and IoT Enabled technology. He has worked with Europe, Nordic, US and Asia pacific regional customer (Australia, Japan, India). Hegde received his Master of Computer Application from Indira Gandhi Open University New Delhi and also his Master of Business Management (IT) from National Institute of Management. Hegde is a TOGAF 9.0 Certified Enterprise Architect and has vast experience in Amazon Cloud, Google & Microsoft Cloud Platform.. His aspirations has always been leading the organization through innovations and through delivery excellence, mentor people and contribute to open source communities.

Debabrata Chatterjee is the Chief Financial Officer at IPROM Group and heads the company’s global finance function. Prior to this role, Debabrata was Vice President, Finance at GETMYFOOD- Online Food Ordering Platform, group’s E-commerce division. He has been with the organisation since 2011 and is part of the core team.

With over 3 decades of experience, his areas of expertise and responsibility include financial accounting and reporting, revenue assurance, partnering with business on strategic initiatives, treasury management, systems implementation, taxation and investor relations. Prior to joining IPROM Group, Debabrata Chatterjee has worked with many Indian & Multinational organization in different capacities. Debabrata Chatterjee is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University.
